I know ladies bigger than this chart who were these. The Empress size fits up to a 48 KK

Material:

• 90% Nylon, 10% Spandex

Sizing Recommendation:

• We recommend S/M for all sizes up to 36C

• We Recommend L/XL for all sizes above 36C and up to 40DDD

•We Recommend 1X/2X for all sizes above 40DDD and up to 44H (I wear a 46 C/D and wear this size)

• We Recommend 2X/3X for all sizes above 44H and up to 48HH (I have friends who wear a 48 KK that wear this)
